About Me
Hi, I'm Marisa
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Washington, and a certified Life Coach serving clients nationwide. Practicing from a full bio-psycho-social perspective, I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — built on honesty, openness, and authenticity.

What is recovery coaching?
Recovery coaching is goal-focused support for people in recovery, centered on boundaries, urge surfing, relapse prevention, and accountability.
Is recovery coaching right for me?
It works best alongside treatment or after completing a program. Active, severe substance use is outside the scope of coaching and is better served by therapy or a higher level of care.
What experience do you have with addiction?
I worked as a substance use counselor at a rehabilitation center from 2023 to 2025, where DBT was our primary treatment approach.
